Do you ever feel like there are many sides of you that are competing with one another? Internal Family Systems has risen in popularity in recent years as a therapeutic modality for helping our many sides speak to one another and come into unity.

It can be a powerful way of understanding ourselves—and can be complementary when combined with psychedelic therapy. In this webinar, we’ll explore what IFS is and how you might begin to explore if it’s a good fit for you. We’ll also talk about how people’s relationship to themselves may shift once they’re introduced to this framework, how it can be useful before and after a psychedelic experience, how to reduce harm when engaging with this practice, and ways to begin working with your own parts—whether or not psychedelics are involved.
