Sara Elkamel

Sara Elkamel is a poet and journalist, living between her hometown, Cairo and New York City. She holds an MA in arts journalism from Columbia University and is an MFA candidate in poetry at New York University. She was formerly Associate International Editor at The Huffington Post. Her writing and reporting has appeared in Guernica, The Guardian, The Huffington Post, Mada Masr, The Common, The Rumpus, The Offing, The Adroit Journal, American Chordata, and elsewhere.
