Bryan McCarthy

Bryan McCarthy teaches philosophy at the University of Pittsburgh, Greensburg. He is the president of the Pittsburgh Psychedelic Society and co-founded and directed the Sleeping Octopus Assembly on Psychedelics, a conference on the role of psychedelics in science, medicine, culture, and personal development. He recently published “Christianity and Psychedelic Medicine: A Pastoral Approach” and is currently working on other scholarly projects at the intersection of Christianity and psychedelics.
