Learn powerful tools in this workshop on acceptance and processing
We live in a culture that doesn’t often talk about death or grief—and doesn’t give us the tools to confront, accept, and move through them. And yet, death (literally and figuratively, as parts of us die and we transform) is an inevitable part of life that contains deep opportunities for growth. Psychedelics, along with other tools like breathwork and meditation, can be powerful ways of diving into death, processing grief, and moving through profound moments of transition—for yourself and loved ones. Ellen Wong is an entheogenic death companion, helping people embrace death as, what she calls, a “vital practice for a liberated life.” In this workshop, she talks tools for embarking on your own journey toward understanding and holding space for death—and how this can be such an important part of the psychedelic path.
