Overwhelmed by all of the mushroom microdose products on the market? We feel you. From questionable ingredients to mislabeled dosages, it’s almost impossible to know what you’re taking if you consume random mushroom products available on the market. But that doesn’t mean you should avoid mushrooms altogether! We all know that microdosing can relieve depression, anxiety, lack of focus, and just a general sense of despair. But did you know that you can stack your microdose with other plant medicines to help open your heart, connection to self, and heighten awareness?
In this upcoming workshop, Adrian Lozano will take the guesswork out of microdosing by teaching you how to create your own medicine. You’ll also learn how to stack with supportive plant medicines, like cacao and ashwagandha, for a vibrant, uplifting experience that can deepen your microdose practice. Adrian, a plant medicine facilitator and microdose coach from Southern California, brings deep knowledge of mushrooms. He has a wealth of experience supporting people to intentionally work with plant medicine. And now he’s bringing his knowledge to DoubleBlind on July 28!
The workshop will start with an interview with Adrian to discuss microdosing best practices, contraindications, and safety. Then, Adrian will show us step-by-step how to make our own microdoses. We’ll also learn about stacking and different plants to stack with, followed by a Q&A with Adrian.
